HQB Series
Deep Cycle AGM Batteries
The EPBLUE® HQB series lead-acid batteries, positive and negative lead pastes use different density lead powder and self-developed additives. The grid is also adjusted from the traditional flat-panel design to the 3D (undulating design) design, Tin content was also increased from 1.2 per cent to 1.5 per cent. In addition,the use of a new curing process extended the curing time from 72 hours to 288 hours through strict low temperature control.
TUB Series
Advanced Tubular GEL Batteries
The EPBLUE® Advanced Tubular GEL Batteries should be used for solar systems, telecommunications, large UPS, wind power systems and related storage energy fields, using high-purity raw materials to ensure month rate of self-discharge ≤1.5%, using fumed silicon dioxide electrolyte, via high-speed mixing and vacuum liquid injection equipment into battery, evenly distributed, no layering and leakage. Large capacity, excellent heat resistant property, superior cycle performance and deep discharge recovery, maintenance free, gas recombination efficiency is higher than 95%, design float charging service life is up to 20 years.
Advanced Tubular Flooded Batteries
The EPBLUE® Advanced Tubular Flooded Batteries should be used for solar systems, telecom base stations, large UPS, wind power systems and related storage energy fields, using high-purity raw materials to ensure low self-discharge. Positive plate is tubular plate, strong corrosion resistance, superior cycle performance and deep discharge recovery, design float charging service life is up to 20 years.
